John P. Kelly is Program Director and Chief of OMS at the Hospital of St. Raphael and is Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the Yale University School of Medicine. He is a graduate of Boston College, the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the Harvard Medical School.
Following completion of residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital, he served on the faculty there for 18 years before moving to become Chair at Long Island Jewish/Stony Brook, ultimately moving to New Haven in 2000. Dr. Kelly is a Past-President of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the New Haven Symphony and of the St. Martin de Porres Academy in New Haven.
He and his wife, Kitty, live in Cheshire, CT.
