Operational Excellence is the Key to Success in Today’s Implant Dentistry: It is important to note that the biggest overhead in implant dentistry is the clinician’s chair-side time; the surgeons have to increase their efficiency by knowing how to provide the highest quality of care in minimum number of sessions. In other words, they should be able to perform the maximum number of procedures in the minimum number of visits. The minimum number of visits is not only beneficial for the patients but also will increase their treatment acceptance level.
